  • All prices are listed in TTD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Online payments are securely processed via Scotiabank eCom+.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

 

 

In-Store Payments:

Accepted via cash, debit, or credit card.

Online Orders:

Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped.

 

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided (if available).

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

 

5. In-Store Pickup

Customers may choose “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when collecting.

 

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase (in-store or online).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment or store credit (as applicable).
  • Custom orders, altered items, or sale items are non-refundable.
